  Micha Petri   Partner & Team Leader  Micha began his career with Kedmor as a Graduate. He progressed to become Head of a regional office in Yavne and was appointed Partner in 2016.  He has a hands-on approach to conceptual design. He drives simple and creative solutions to complex issues, fostering strong relationships with Clients and fellow consultants. He leads international projects from the front, personally conducting regular site visits abroad. A native of the Netherlands, he is fluent in Dutch, English and Hebrew.  Micha’s projects include the Em HaMoshavot Bridge in Israel, The Loko-Oweto Bridge in Nigeria and a number of public buildings and marine structures.  Micha is a graduate Summa Cum Laude of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with Construction Management from the Technion, is a Licenced Structural Engineer in Israel and holds diplomas in Bridge-Surveying and Road-Inspection.  He has lectured on Bridge Design at Ben-Gurion University since 2008 and has published a number of academic articles.

  Shimon Binyaminovich   Team Leader  Shimon is a highly experienced Team Leader, Designer and Project Manager, bringing over four decades of knowledge to projects.  He began his career in 1975 designing residential prefabricated developments and public sector buildings & infrastructure in Lithuania, before moving to Israel in 1990. He then worked for a number of high-profile Israeli Consultants including Bukspan and YSS Engineers before starting at Kedmor in 2008.  A specialist in the design of complex new-build and refurbishment projects, his experience spans the residential, commercial and public sectors. Notable projects include Ben-Gurion 2000 Airport, YMCA Complex, The Jordan Gateway Bridge and Arlozorov Underground Station along with special numerous pedestrian bridges such as the Jerusalem High-Court suspension bridge and the Rosh Zipor bridge in the Yarkon Park, Tel-Aviv.  Shimon holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Villus, Lithuania and is a Licenced Structural Engineer in Israel.  He enjoys visiting art galleries and history museums across the globe and entertaining his granddaughters.

  Noam Oron   Project Engineer  After graduating in 2015, Noam worked for a small firm, where he designed a number of low and high-rise residential developments, before joining Kedmor in 2016.  He has since been primarily involved with the design of Arlozorov underground station in Tel-Aviv and a pair of high-rise residential towers in Petach Tikva.  Noam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and has nearly completed his apprenticeship to become a Licenced Engineer.  Noam enjoys cross-country running and plays the guitar.

After graduating in 2015, Noam worked for a small firm, where he designed a number of low and high-rise residential developments, before joining Kedmor in 2016.

Noam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and has nearly completed his apprenticeship to become a Licenced Engineer.

Noam enjoys cross-country running and plays the guitar.

  Irena Krasny   CAD Engineer  Structural Technician With nearly 40 years engineering design and drafting experience on international building and bridge projects.  Irena began her career in Ukraine in 1979, where she worked as a Structural Engineer on industrial building projects and civil structures, before moving to Israel in 1991. She worked for a number of firms before moving to Kedmor as Head of CAD in 2001.  Proficient with both Revit and AutoCAD, Irena is responsible for maintaining Kedmor’s CAD standards, whilst working on some of Kedmor’s most high-profile projects.  Irena holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Donbas National Academy, Ukraine.

Irena Krasny

CAD Engineer

Structural Technician With nearly 40 years engineering design and drafting experience on international building and bridge projects.

Irena began her career in Ukraine in 1979, where she worked as a Structural Engineer on industrial building projects and civil structures, before moving to Israel in 1991. She worked for a number of firms before moving to Kedmor as Head of CAD in 2001.

Proficient with both Revit and AutoCAD, Irena is responsible for maintaining Kedmor’s CAD standards, whilst working on some of Kedmor’s most high-profile projects.

Irena holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Donbas National Academy, Ukraine.


  Yerucham Shemtov   CAD Engineer  Yerucham has over 40 years’ experience as a structural draftsman. He began his career on the drawing board, producing structural drawings for private villas, before moving to YSS Engineers, where he worked for 29 years. Dima’s experience spans 31 years. He began his career in Moscow as a Bridge Engineer, where he designed 17 bridges. Moving to Israel in 1992, he joined YSS Consulting Engineers where he worked as a Structural Technician on projects such as the Tel-Aviv Museum, before joining Kedmor in 2009.

An AutoCAD expert, he has since been involved with high-profile bridge and rail projects including the Jordan Gateway Bridge and Arlozorov Underground Station.

Dima holds a Master’s degree in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering from the Technical University of MADI, Moscow, is an antique collector and enjoys literature in his spare time.

She enjoys gardening and DIY.
